About 2 weeks ago, I wrote an article about the Swarovski Lovlots Sealife family moving into the Lovlots community. At the time, it was not clear exactly where they would reside in the Lovlots City.
Since that time and with some investigation, I have found that the Swarovski Sealife characters do have a specific place within the Swarovski Lovlots City…Sealife Jack, Sealife Johnny, Sealife Danny, Sealife Gina, and Sealife Shelly & Sam reside in the Lovlots City Harbor!
More information about the Lovable Lovlots Fish, Penguins, and Ducks can be found on the Swarovski web site!
I had seen some 2012 previews on various websites, but today I noticed that some of the newest Swarovski Lovlots additions are now available for purchase directly from the Swarovski shoppe, ranging in price from $65 to $165.
The Lovlots Sealife crystal figurines introduced in 2012 include:
Lovlots Sealife Jack 1115223. Sealife Jack is a penguin and retails for $100. Sealife Jack, and is light blue in color with a red and yellow beak.
Lovlots Sealife Johnny 1115219. Sealife Johnny is also a penguin and retails for $50. Johnny is the son of Sealife Jack (also smaller than Sealife Jack), and is light blue in color with a red beak.
Lovlots Sealife Danny 1119915. Sealife Danny is a dolphin that retails for $165. Danny is light blue with a gray tail.
Lovlots Sealife Shelly & Sam 1119916. Sealife Shelly & Sam are a couple of playful fish that retail for $90. Shelly is a light green fish and Sam is a royal blue fish.
Lovlots Sealife Gina 1121757. Sealife Gina is a seahorse that retails for $65. Gina appears to be red and yellow.
While the new Swarovski Sealife characters are in the Lovlots group, I’m not seeing any mention of how they actually fit into the Lovlots city. I can’t help but wonder if the Swarovski Lovlots are evolving more into a category, and less of a community / city as it has been previously promoted.
Swarovski has produced some displays, they promote for the Lovlots, but wouldn’t it be cute if they had a Lovlots aquarium and developed characters for the aquarium group?
The 2012 limited edition lovlots, Swarovski Lovlots Lucky Mo, is also available at the Swarovski shoppe.
If you are looking for any discontinued Lovlots Swarovski figurines, look in the Lovlots and Zodiac category of the Crystal Exchange America web site.
Just this past week, I found changes on the Swarovski.com website with respect to the Lovlots community. Yesterday, I did a post on the Happy Ducks joining the Swarovski Lovlots group. But they are not the only new members. Swarovski Kris Bears have also moved into the Lovlots community. Previously, the Kris Bear figurines were used in at least 2 different product lines: Crystal Moments and Silver Crystal.
Swarovski – It’s a Girl Kris Bear 949710 (on sale at Swarovski.com, 40% off!)
Swarovski The First Kiss Kris Bears 1114098 (New for 2012)
Swarovski Only for You Kris Bear 1096732 (New for 2012)
Swarovski A Heart for You Kris Bear – 958449
Swarovski Balloons for You Kris Bear – 1016622
Swarovski Blowing Kisses Kris Bear – 1016623
Swarovski Especially for You Kris Bear – 842934

Swarovski Thank You Gift Kris Bear – 905788
Swarovski A Rose for You Kris Bears – 1077419
Swarovski You and I Kris Bears – 1096736
In early 2012, additional Swarovski Kris Bear figurines are expected to be released.
Including Kris Bear Ornaments, there are about 40 Kris Bears produced by the crystal brand. Some of the more interesting ones include:
I think it would be cool if the Swarovski Kris Bears resided in Kris Bear Castle in the Lovlots city. Or perhaps a wooded area distanced away from the city. I hope the crystal brand keeps the district-theme alive with the new placement of the Lovlots Happy Ducks and now the Lovlots Kris Bears.
So, here is another change that is coming up on the Crystal Exchange America website. Presently, the Kris Bear figurines are in the scattered throughout the site…the best way to find them is using the search feature of the site. Very soon, these Swarovski crystal Kris Bears will become easier to find in a central location, the Lovlots & Zodiac category.
I’ve been busy finding new 2012 Swarovski Crystal introductions and checking out changes on the Swarovski.com web site. Today, I discovered that the Swarovski Happy Ducks have been moved to the Swarovski Lovlots group. Previously, the Happy Ducks were grouped with the Crystal Moments figurines.
I wonder if the crystal brand is planning to incorporate a Lovlots Pond into the Lovlots City in light of this news. That would certainly be consistent with how they organize this cute little colorful community!
So, with the two new 2012 Happy Ducks, there are a total of 17 Happy Ducks / Happy Duck pairs:
Swarovski Punk Duck 1096735 (2012 introduction)
Swarovski Sir and Lady Duck – 1096733 (2012 introduction)
Swarovski Sir and Lady Duck are an elegant couple. Swarovski Sir Duck is wearing his finest tuxedo and Swarovski Lady Duck is all decked out for a fancy evening.
All the Lovlots Happy Ducks are designed by Verena Castelein or Keiko Arai. Some of the Happy Ducks listed above as 2011 retirements can be found in the Swarovski shoppe at 30%-40% off.
So, this is just one change that is coming up on the Crystal Exchange America website. Presently, the Happy Ducks are in the Crystal Moments category. Very soon, these Swarovski crystal ducks will be moved from this category to the category Lovlots & Zodiac.
I’m starting to see the 2012 Swarovski releases on the web. There are a number pictures appearing at authorized retailer websites in North America and in Europe, so the release must be just around the corner.
The Swarovski Lucky Mo (green cow) looks like a fun crystal figurine. Lovlots Lucky Mo is a light green Mo figurine decorated with 2-color 4 leaf clovers, green hearts, and a tiny red ladybug on the hind end! Descriptions indicate that this is a Swarovski Lovlots limited edition available in 2012, much like Swarovski Sunshine Mo or Swarovski Santa Mo are/were available in 2011. The height of Lucky Mo is 1.75″ and retail price is $65. The Swarovski identification # for Lucky Mo is 1096750. I’m wondering if it is the same light green shade as Swarovski Flower Mo, or if there is a different variation of green. Swarovski Flower Mo is decorated with flowers vs the lucky clovers on the newest cow mo.
The crystal giant has produced a number of other (mostly limited edition) Swarovski Mo figurines, dating back to 2006.
One of the Swarovski stores taking pre-orders is Crystal Classics in Columbus, Ohio, but there are a number of them on the internet. The Swarovski Lucky Mo green cow appears to be a real cutie. It would make a great gift for St Patricks Day or even a cute 4-H award. So you go girl….Lucky Mo, go join your Swarovski crystal sisters in the Lovlots pastures!
Recently, I wrote about a video on YouTube featuring the limited edition cat Theo from the collection, Lovlots House of Cats. In the article about Globetrotter Theo, I briefly mentioned the residents in the Lovlots House of Cats collection.
While this article is also about the Lovlots House of Cats, the focus is really about the Park Hills district of Lovlots City, and the individual cat characters that live there.
Swarovski states this about the Lovlots Park Hills: The large park is the center of this district with its extravagant and striking villas. This is where the bohemians have settled.
Swarovski also has small quips about each of the House of Cats figurines.
Some of these Swarovski Lovlots cats are actually family. From what I have seen, Marie & Pierre are the parents of Emily and Theo. Diane and Ines are sisters. It is not clear if Camille is related to either family.
The crystal brand has a brief Lovlots House of Cats video on their website. Be sure and check it out as the kitty quips and adorable feline personalities shine through in the video.
Many of the Lovlots House of Cats crystal figurines have retired or are retiring in 2011. Some are still available at the crystal brand’s website. If you miss the opportunity to purchase from them or an authorized retailer, check out the Swarovski Lovlots category of the www.crystalexchange.com web site.
Swarovski has produced and uploaded a video to YouTube about the Lovlots Theo traveling the globe. The video shows Lovlots Theo (not to be confused with Theo the Turtle) at various locations in SouthEast Asia.
Swarovski Theo is a black cat, posed in a Halloween position and designed by Edith Mair. Theo the cat is in the Lovlots collection, specifically the grouping House of Cats. Theo was the Limited Edition Lovlots figurine for 2009. Other Swarovski House of Cats character kitties that reside in the posh Lovlots Park Hills district include:
Swarovski Diane 988017, retires in 2011. Pale chocolate cat modeling her strand of pearls designed by Edith Mair.
Swarovski Emily 995045 Fashion fuschia feline, with a butterfly resting on her ear, designed by Peter Heidegger.
Swarovski Marie and Pierre 995011, retires in 2011. Pale blue and pale burgundy pair of romancing kitties designed by Edith Mair.
Swarovski Ines 995008. Soft seal cat, decorated with a choker, designed by Edith Mair.
Swarovski Camille 995006, retires in 2011. A sleeping bronze cat designed by Stefanie Nederegger.
Like any manufacturer, Swarovski is about promoting new and current products. I’m a bit confused as to their selection of figurines for this video a retired black cat. Perhaps because Theo photographed well (taking good pictures of crystal can be tricky!)? Perhaps they are planning to introduce a bigger Theo? Only Swarovski knows the answer to this question.
Toward the end of the video, they mention taking pictures of Theo on his journey around the world and posting them to Facebook for a prize. So there is some kind of Swarovski Theo Competition on the horizon, but I was not able to locate any further information on the subject.
If you are planning to participate in the Swarovski Theo Contest, and do not have this Limited Edition Lovlots figurine in your collection, you can find Swarovski Theo at www.crystalexchange.com . Simply use the search feature and type in ‘Theo’ (without quotes). Be sure to purchase the limited edition cat as I don’t believe Swarovski wants to see the Theo the Tortoise in photograph submissions!
Who would have thought that my little Swarovski figurines were chit-chatting away in my crystal cabinet while I was sleeping, or perhaps, even sneaking out when I’m not home? Apparently, Swarovski Missy Mo and Swarovski Kris Bear are friends I’m glad they are happy!
And our little crystal friends are not exempt from the paparazzi either. Kris Bear and Missy Mo were recently spotted at a secret location, of all things, trying on costumes to go trick or treating! Missy Mo was trying on an orange outfit, sporting a black cow bell. Kris Bear put on devilish orange horns and is carrying his jack-o-lantern bucket for candy.
Swarovski Missy Mo is a member of the Swarovski Lovlots Pioneers group. This crystal figurine introduced in 2005 and remains in the current product offerings. Swarovski Kris Bear was a part of the Silver Crystal product line. It was produced from 1993 to 2001. Swarovski Halloween Mo is also a member of the Swarovski Lovlots group, however, it is a limited edition available only in 2009. Swarovski Halloween Kris Bear is a brand new 2011 introduction, and a Swarovski limited edition 2011 figurine as well in the Crystal Moments product line.
Crystal Exchange America has a virtual inventory of Swarovski Kris Bear, and Swarovski Halloween Mo. The Swarovski shoppe has the Swarovski Missy Mo and Swarovski Halloween Kris Bear available. Swarovski Limited Edition Halloween Kris Bear now as it just went online about a week ago. It is a limited edition for 2011, so. get yours quickly as supplies are limited.
Now, I can’t help but wonder who else are friends and what else is going on in my crystal cabinet!
Swarovski’s colorful and adorable lovlots all live with the ‘Lovlots city’. The Lovlots city is a friendly and growing community, with districts being added with new Lovlots groups moving in.
One of the popular groups is the Swarovski Gang of Dogs. The Gang of Dogs quickly took up residency in the ‘East End’. Referring to the East End, Swarovski
states, “With its narrow urban canyons, this melting pot of different cultures is exactly the right place for creative individuals from all walks of life.”
The Swarovski Gang of Dogs was launched in 2008 with 5 crystal dog figurines in the group:
(6) Swarovski Peppino. Peppino is a Bassett Hound designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is 935720 and it retails for $75.
(2) Swarovski Salvatore. Salvatore is a Great Dane designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is 935721 and it retails for $75. Salvatore is scheduled to retire in 2011.
(3) Swarovski Tomaso. Tomaso is also a bulldog designed by Stefanie Nederegger. The Swarovski system number is 935722. This bulldog retails for $325. Tomaso is scheduled to retire in 2011.
(1) Swarovski Tomasino. Tomasino is a bulldog designed by Stefanie Nederegger. The Swarovski system number is 935718. This bulldog retails for $75. Tomasino is scheduled to retire in 2011.
(4) Swarovski Violetta, limited edition 2008. Violetta is a lavender poodle designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is 935719. Violetta, being a Swarovski limited edition, was only available in 2008.
In 2011, two new figurines joined the Gang of Dogs:
(5) Swarovski Coco. Coco is a little light blue Chiwawa / Chihuahua designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is 1089200 and it retails for $60.
(7) Swarovski Scottie. Scottie is a Terrier, dark green in color and wears a red collar designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is and it retails for $110.
The Swarovski Lovlots East End residents create a charming East End family. The newest members can definitely be found on the crystal brand’s web site. The Swarovski Gang of Dogs that are retiring in 2011 or have already retired may be found at the Crystal Exchange America web site www.CrystalExchange.com in the category of Lovlots & Zodiacs.
Swarovski produces and markets a group of crystal duck figurines in the Crystal Moments product line. This group is called the Swarovski Happy Ducks. Presently, there are just over 15 Happy Ducks in the Swarovski crystal badelynge.
Two of my favorites are Swarovski Sunny Steve and Swarovski Sunny Sam. These Happy Ducks love the sun and ocean, and are enjoying their party on the beach.
Swarovski Sunny Sam was a limited edition. The crystal brand did a one-time production run to manufacture their supply. It was released in 2010, and as of July, 2011, it no longer appears on the Swarovski web site. Sunny Sam’s accessories include silver ‘shades’ and a red-and-white life preserver. The designer for Sunny Sam is Verena Castelein. The Swarovski crystal identification numbers for Sunny Sam are 9400 000 262 / 1041295.
Swarovski Sunny Steve is a new release in 2011. It is not presently advertised with any wording of limitations, so I assume it is a normal product release. Sunny Steve’s accessories include a faux shark-tooth necklace, black ‘shades’, and a surfboard decorated with pastel flowers. The surfboard includes the catchy phrase: ‘Be faster than the shark’. The designer for Sunny Steve is Verena Castelein. The Swarovski crystal identification numbers for Sunny Steve are 9400 000 347 / 1096743.
Both Sunny Steve and Sunny Sam retail(ed) for $120 USD. They are both yellow (officially light topaz) in color. Both Happy Ducks are approximately 2.25″ in length.
I think that Sunny Steve and Sunny Sam need girlfriends. My suggestions are:
Sunny Sophie for Sunny Steve. Sunny Sophie should have a beach umbrella to avoid sunburn.
Sunny Sirena for Sunny Sam. Sunny Sirena should have a beach ball for more ‘fun in the sun’.
Stay cool this summer like these Swarovski Happy Ducks.I’m melting here in southwest Ohio…something like 12 consecutive days of 90 degrees Fahrenheight with a heat index over 100 degrees every day.
Check out the official Swarovski brand web site if you are looking to add Swarovski Sunny Steve to your crystal collection. Check out the Crystal Exchange America web site in the ‘Limited Edition Swarovski’ category to find the Sunny Sam figurines available for purchase.
